ABOUT AMERICA 250:
Throughout 2026, the United States will celebrate our 250th birthday, marking a historic milestone in our nation's journey. As part of this yearlong celebration, the Armstrong Air & Space Museum will join other institutions across the country in commemorating America's semiquincentennial with a variety of special events and programs. America 250 Tours
For 2026, the museum has created two new specialized tours that take a deeper dive into Armstrong's contributions to history and the State of Ohio.
Explore! Series
To celebrate America's vast contributions in science, technology, and exploration, the museum will be hosting Explore! Series dates on the first Saturday of each month.
OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT
The museum will be showing a free outdoor movie on our front lawn as part of the "Ohio Goes to the Movies" series. The tentative date is May 30, 2026.
STEAM WEEK
To kick off our America 250 festivities, the museum is hosting a STEAM Week for young explorers December 28 – 31. Included with admission!
