Exploring On Your Own!
The museum is open yearround, after school, and on weekends. Students are encouraged to visit the museum on their own. Share your field trip experience with the whole family!
Young Astronauts is a group for children from kindergarten through 7th grade who are interested in exploring science and space. Students meet weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 5:30 pm or Saturday from 10 to 11 am. The program follows the school year, from Septemeber to May. Annual cost, including materials, is $25.
Some groups and individuals enjoy scavenger hunts while at the museum. You may download and print these activities online.
Other scavenger hunts and coloring pages are available upon request.
